List the people you admire and look to for advice…

Life can be a confusing journey, full of twists and turns. Luckily, we don’t have to navigate it alone. For me, there are a special group of people who act like my own personal library of wisdom and support.
First and foremost, there’s Grandma. Even though she isn’t here anymore, her advice feels like a well-worn book I can always turn to for guidance. Her voice, though just a memory now, whispers words of encouragement and reminds me of what’s truly important.
My parents are like a sturdy reference volume, full of reliable information and unwavering support. They’ve been there for every chapter of my life, offering solid advice and celebrating my victories big and small.
My wife is like a well-written love story, filled with warmth and a unique perspective. She doesn’t just love me, she sees the world differently, which helps me understand situations from another angle. Her insights are invaluable additions to my library.
Then there’s Calvin, my best friend, who’s like a trusty encyclopedia. He’s always honest and willing to share his knowledge, offering a different viewpoint that helps me think things through. Our friendship adds laughter and fun to the journey, reminding me to enjoy the adventure.
Finally, there’s Jack, another great friend who adds a whole new section to my library. For the past several years we spent our mornings in prayer and Bible devotionals. Maybe he’s like a travel guide, full of exciting experiences and a willingness to explore new paths. Perhaps he’s a motivational manual, always pushing me to be my best.
These are the people who guide me β my family, friends, and cherished memories. Their love, wisdom, and unwavering support are the books I turn to again and again. With them by my side, my library is always open, and I’m never truly lost on my journey.
