For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. [10] And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: Colossians 2:9-10 KJVS
Let’s settle this right now: if you’re born again, God’s not holding out on you. You’re not lacking. You don’t need Heaven to send something down—He already moved in. According to Colossians 2:9–10, everything God is, everything He has, every ounce of divine fullness lives in Christ—and you are complete in Him. That word complete doesn’t mean almost full or halfway helped. It means filled to capacity. You’re not waiting for the Holy Ghost to top you off. You’re carrying the fullness of the Godhead because He put it in your spirit when you got born again.
But most believers are walking around loaded and living like they’re empty. They’re praying for what’s already been deposited, asking for what’s already inside, and begging God to move when the transaction has to come from their side. We don’t have a supply issue. We have a faith issue. We’ve got a transaction problem.
The spirit is stocked. The mind is blocked.
You don’t go into a bank and cry for the money you already own. You make a withdrawal because you trust that the account is funded. That’s what faith does—it stretches out its hand because it knows what’s already there. Philemon 1:6 reveals exactly how this works: your faith becomes effective when you acknowledge every good thing that is in you in Christ Jesus. That’s the key. Not when you beg. Not when you fast forty days. When you acknowledge. If you never acknowledge it, you’ll never activate it. And if your mind is never renewed to it, your faith will never transact with it.
This is why Romans 12:2 calls for transformation through the renewing of the mind. Your spirit already holds the answer, but your soul is the switch. When the mind agrees with the Word, the power flows. When the mind is unrenewed, the valve stays shut. That’s why people are full of power and empty of results. The deposit’s in the spirit, but the mind hasn’t been trained to release it.
So what happens when your mind starts lining up with the Word? You stop asking God to do what He’s already done, and you start making withdrawals. If healing is what you need, then healing is what you call for—because Isaiah 53:5 already settled the matter: by His stripes, you were healed. Not will be. Not hope to be. You were. That healing isn’t in Heaven. It’s in your spirit right now.
When Jesus said in John 14:27, “My peace I give unto you”, He wasn’t teasing you with a concept—He transferred peace into your possession. You’re not chasing peace. You’re carrying it. You’re not trying to calm the storm—you’ve got the storm-calmer living inside you.
And when it comes to your financial life, you’ve got to stop measuring your provision by your paycheck. Philippians 4:19 says God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. That means your source isn’t your job—it’s your covenant. Your job may give you income, but your supply comes from Him.
The real issue isn’t what God has or hasn’t done. The real issue is this: have you made the transaction? Hebrews 11:6 reminds us that without faith it’s impossible to please Him, and those who come to God must believe—not just that He exists—but that He is a rewarder. Faith doesn’t come wondering. Faith comes knowing. Knowing that He is who He says He is. He is your Healer. He is your Deliverer. He is your Provider. He is your Strength. He is your Wisdom. He is your Everything. And when you come to Him, you don’t come hoping He’ll answer. You come reaching out because you already know the answer has been given.
This is where a lot of people miss it. They wait for a feeling. They wait for confirmation. They wait for a prophecy. But faith doesn’t wait. Faith acts. You don’t wait for goosebumps to confirm your debit card worked. You swipe and walk away with the result. That’s what faith does—it receives and walks away with what already belongs to it.
Grace made the deposit. Faith makes the withdrawal.
You’ve got a fully funded account, but it takes revelation to access it. That’s why you’ve got to be in the Word. You’ve got to renew your thinking to what the Word says about you. You’ve got to acknowledge—out loud—what Christ has already put inside of you. Because if you don’t know what’s in the account, you’ll live like it’s empty. And here’s the good news: there are no overdraft fees in God. You’re not going to pull too hard on His supply. He’s not going to say, “That’s too much.” He’s not going to flag your request for review. There is no shortage in Heaven. There is no lack in the spirit. There is only overflow.
So what do you do now?
Get your hand out. Open your mouth. Renew your mind. And make the transaction.
You’re not begging God to be good. You’re drawing on the goodness that’s already in you. You’re not asking Him to be your healer—you’re receiving the healing He’s already provided. You’re not trying to get God to move—you’re moving in step with the supply that’s already flowing.
You’ve got a full vault of provision sitting inside your spirit—and all Heaven is waiting on is a believer who knows how to make a withdrawal.
So I’ll say it again: The spirit is stocked. The mind is blocked.
But if you’ll get your soul in agreement with your spirit, you’ll see what’s in you come through you—and into your life.
Now stretch your hand out. It’s time to transact by faith.
